领人归主系列（一）---为灵魂得救祷告
2022年12月前后一波新冠疫情在国内海啸般的冲击，几乎是横扫全国，夺去无数人尤其是老年人的生命，我们眼看着而且也不断地听说着包括我们教会弟兄姐妹家人亲人在内的国内许多人患病甚至去世，更提醒我们传福音的急迫性和危机感。一旦我们不信主的家人离开世界，就再也没有机会，成为我们长久挥之不去的苦痛和遗憾。
我们从哪里入手呢？---祷告！
“你们要恒切祷告，在此儆醒感恩。也要为我们祷告，求神给我们开传道的门，能以讲基督的奥秘，我为此被捆锁。叫我按着所该说的话，将这奥秘发明出来。你们要爱惜光阴，用智慧与外人交往。你们的言语要常常带着和气，好像用盐调和，就可知道该怎样回答各人。”（西4:2-6）
“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”（Col 4:2-6）
一． 要恒切祷告
“你们要恒切祷告，在此儆醒感恩。”（西4:2）
“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.”（Col 4:2）
保罗自己常常祷告，在保罗书信中记录了几处保罗的杰出祷告，比如弗1:15-23；3:14-21；腓1:9-11；西1:9-12等。
保罗不仅自己常常祷告，西4:2保罗也给出祷告的要素或秘诀：恒切、警醒、感恩。
保罗给出的这三个祷告的要素，是我们平时祷告所欠缺的。
恒切就是要委身，我们常常不能够委身。祷告人人都可以做，但很多时候我们不愿意祷告，更别说委身于祷告。
“在指望中要喜乐，在患难中要忍耐，祷告要恒切。”（罗12:12）
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”（Rom 12:12）
“要常常喜乐，不住地祷告，凡事谢恩。因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。”（帖前5:16-18）
“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.”（1 Thess 5:16-18）
警醒，就是全神贯注，避免祷告时的怠惰和随便。主耶稣在客西马尼园祷告时汗珠如大血点滴下来，David Brainerd 为美洲印第安人的得救祷告，他在雪地里祷告可以大汗淋漓。
“你们务要儆醒，在真道上站立得稳，要作大丈夫，要刚强。”（林前16:13）
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong.”（1 Cor 16:13）
“务要谨守，儆醒。因为你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人。”（彼前5:8）
“Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”（1 Pet 5:8）
感恩，我们的祷告通常停留在为事务性的祷告，为生病的、找工作的、申请大学的等祷告，向神求多于向神感恩。
“应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告，祈求，和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里，保守你们的心怀意念。”（腓4:6-7）
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”（Phil 4:6-7）
“无论作什么，或说话，或行事，都要奉主耶稣的名，借着祂感谢父神。”（西3:17）
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”（Col 3:17）
我们在此看一个保罗祷告的样板。
“因此，我们自从听见的日子，也就为你们不住地祷告祈求，愿你们在一切属灵的智慧悟性上，满心知道神的旨意。好叫你们行事为人对得起主，凡事蒙祂喜悦，在一切善事上结果子，渐渐的多知道神。照祂荣耀的权能，得以在各样的力上加力，好叫你们凡事欢欢喜喜地忍耐宽容。又感谢父，叫我们能与众圣徒在光明中同得基业。”（西1:9-12）
“For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.”（Col 1:9-12）
今天的信息不是要讲祷告，而是为一个事情向神迫切祷告：那就是为灵魂得救祷告。
这是我们2023年教会“领人归主”事工的出发点。
要向人传福音，领人归主，首先必须像保罗一样，对灵魂有深切的负担。
“无论是希利尼人，化外人，聪明人，愚拙人，我都欠他们的债。所以情愿尽我的力量，将福音也传给你们在罗马的人。”（罗1:14-15）
“I am obligated both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish. That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are at Rome.”（Rom 1:14-15）
保罗对自己的同胞---犹太人，有更大的负担，希望他们都能够得救。
“我在基督里说真话，并不谎言，有我良心被圣灵感动，给我作见证。我是大有忧愁，心里时常伤痛。为我弟兄，我骨肉之亲，就是自己被咒诅，与基督分离，我也愿意。”（罗9:1-3）
“I speak the truth in Christ--I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit--I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, those of my own race.”（Rom 9:1-3）
保罗渴望自己的同胞得救，甚至自己被咒诅与基督分离他也愿意。
新冠病毒夺去许多人的生命，他们家人痛苦无助、充满绝望的神情令人心碎不已。弟兄姐妹们，让我们从忙碌中停顿一下，思想还不认识主耶稣的我们的爷爷、奶奶、父母、家人、亲人、朋友，如果他们永远失丧，在与神分离可怕的地方度过他们的永恒，岂不更是令人痛如刀割、心碎不已呢？
如何使我们身边的同学、同事、邻居、朋友、熟人、家人得救呢？
救恩的主权在乎神，我们需要为他们祷告，把他们交托神，求神拯救他们。
“我们争战的兵器，本不是属血气的，乃是在神面前有能力可以攻破坚固的营垒，将各样的计谋，各样拦阻人认识神的那些自高之事，一概攻破了，又将人所有的心意夺回，使他都顺服基督。”（林后10:4-5）
“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
“因我们并不是与属血气的争战，乃是与那些执政的，掌权的，管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。所以要拿起神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子，抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。”（弗6:12-13）
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”（Eph 6:12-13）
“所以我告诉你们，被神的灵感动的，没有说耶稣是可咒诅的。若不是被圣灵感动的，也没有能说耶稣是主的。”（林前12:3）
“Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.”（1 Cor 12:3）
我们现在能够做什么呢？
拿一个笔记本，记下你所认识的、知道的、身边周围的同学、同事、邻居、朋友、熟人、学生，以及国内的家人、亲戚、朋友、其他你所知道、所认识、有关系的人。然后每天为他们祷告，求主开他们的心眼，认识到自己是一个罪人，处于沦丧的地位，需要耶稣基督的救赎，求主预备他们的心成为好土，好叫他们认罪悔改接受耶稣基督的福音，做神的儿女。请宣道部韩飞执事和关怀组翠霞姐妹，将这些名单汇总发给大家祷告。对于你自己所熟悉的、有负担的，在为他们祷告相当一段时间之后，去主动关怀他们，探访他们，对他们进行个人布道。
二． 开传道的门
“也要为我们祷告，求神给我们开传道的门，能以讲基督的奥秘，我为此被捆锁。叫我按着所该说的话，将这奥秘发明出来。”（西4:3-4）
“And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.”（Col 4:3-4）
1. 为同工祷告
保罗常常请求众教会为他和同工祷告。
“也为我祈求，使我得着口才，能以放胆，开口讲明福音的奥秘。”（弗6:19）
“Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.”（Eph 6:19）
“弟兄们，我还有话说，请你们为我们祷告，好叫主的道理快快行开，得着荣耀，正如在你们中间一样。”（帖后3:1）
“Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.”
神所重用的最大使徒super-apostle 保罗，常常请求众教会为他祷告，我们更需要大家的彼此代祷。当有弟兄姐妹向人分享福音的时候，需要其他弟兄姐妹为他祷告，也同时为听的人、为福音朋友祷告。
三元福音布道法（俗称三福），就是三个同工一起，当一位同工分享福音的时候，另外两位同工为分享福音的同工同时也为听的人祷告。
2. 开传道的门
传福音的果效，端看神是否开门开路。保罗去马其顿传道，在哥林多传道，都是神的开门。
“因为有宽大又有功效的门，为我开了。”（林前16:9）
“Because a great door for effective work has opened to me.”（1 Cor 16:9）
“我从前为基督的福音到了特罗亚，主也给我开了门。”（林后2:12）
“Now when I went to Troas to preach the gospel of Christ and found that the Lord had opened a door for me.”（2 Cor 2:12）
3. 基督的奥秘
保罗请众教会为他祷告，求神开传道的门，为的是“能以讲基督的奥秘。”（西4:3）
基督的奥秘，就是有关耶稣基督道成肉身、死而复活的真理，这是福音的核心、救恩的本质。
“我差你到他们那里去，要叫他们的眼睛得开，从黑暗中归向光明，从撒但权下归向神。又因信我，得蒙赦罪，和一切成圣的人同得基业。”（徒26:18）
“I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'”（Acts 26:18）
“神愿意叫他们知道，这奥秘在外邦人中有何等丰盛的荣耀。就是基督在你们心里成了有荣耀的盼望。”（西1:27）
“To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”（Col 1:27）
4. 讲解得清楚
保罗请求众教会的祷告，不仅能以讲基督的奥秘，而且还要清楚地讲解。
“叫我按着所该说的话，将这奥秘发明出来。”（西4:4）
“Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.”（Col 4:4）
按着该说的话，把福音讲解得清楚。
“该说的话，”一方面要合乎圣经的真理，对福音不掺水，不歪曲，不谬讲。同时，“该说的话，” 也应当包含对不同的福音对象，要因人制宜地传讲，照着他们所熟悉、所知道、所能接受的方式来传讲。
“向犹太人，我就作犹太人，为要得犹太人。向律法以下的人，我虽不在律法以下，还是作律法以下的人，为要得律法以下的人。向没有律法的人，我就作没有律法的人，为要得没有律法的人。…向软弱的人，我就作软弱的人，为要得软弱的人。向什么样的人，我就作什么样的人。无论如何，总要救些人。凡我所行的，都是为福音的缘故，为要与人同得这福音的好处。”（林前9:20-23）
“To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. To those not having the law I became like one not having the law, …so as to win those not having the law. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.”（1 Cor 9:20-23）
三． 要珍惜机会
“你们要爱惜光阴，用智慧与外人交往。”（西4:5）
“Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.”（Col 4:5）
“要爱惜光阴，”英文翻译为： make the most of every opportunity, 珍惜一切机会，抓紧一切时间。传福音有明显的紧迫性，比如当前新冠疫情危及众人生命。
“趁着白日，我们必须作那差我来者的工。”（约9:4）
“As long as it is day, we must do the work of Him who sent Me.”（John 9:4）
“务要传道。无论得时不得时，总要专心，并用百般的忍耐，各样的教训，责备人，警戒人，劝勉人。”（提后4:2）
“Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction.”（2 Tim 4:2）
“用智慧与外人交往，”基督徒与不信的世人相处时应当有智慧，基督徒的行为要赢得外人的尊重。基督徒不是靠好行为赚取救恩，乃是专靠神的恩典。但重生得救的基督徒当有善行荣耀主，如果行为不佳就会绊倒不信的人。因此，基督徒当有高于世人标准的道德伦理。
“你们的言语要常常带着和气，好像用盐调和，就可知道该怎样回答各人。”（西4:6）
“Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”（Col 4:6）
“带着和气，”意思是满了恩典（full of grace），即与外人的对话是满了恩典的，是属灵的（spiritual），健康的（wholesome），合宜的（fitting），友善的（kind），敏锐的（sensitive），称许的（complimentary），温柔的（gentle），真实的（truthful），体贴的（thoughtful），有意义的（purposeful），有爱心的（loving），同时又好像用盐调和，是有味道、可喜悦的（delightful）！（John MacArthur）
“污秽的言语，一句不可出口，只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。”（弗4:29）
“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”（Eph 4:29）
“就可知道该怎样回答个人。”
“只要心里尊主基督为圣。有人问你们心中盼望的缘由，就要常作准备，以温柔敬畏的心回答各人。”（彼前3:15）
“But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”（1 Pet 3:15）
总结：根据西4:2-6这段经文，如何向身边的人传福音？
首先，为灵魂得救祷告，求主挪去一切的障碍和拦阻，将人的心意夺回使他们顺服耶稣基督；
其次，为传道的人祷告，求神开传道的门，使讲福音的人能以将基督的奥秘清晰地讲解出来；
第三，为智慧交往祷告，求主保守信徒的言行与所蒙的恩相称，行善荣耀主，温柔回答个人。
下面是前文提到的、需要着手行动的实际操练：
拿一个笔记本，记下你所认识的、知道的、身边周围的同学、同事、邻居、朋友、熟人、学生，以及国内的家人、亲戚、朋友、其他你所知道、所认识、有关系的人。然后每天为他们祷告，求主开他们的心眼，认识到自己是一个罪人，处于沦丧的地位，需要耶稣基督的救赎，求主预备他们的心成为好土，好叫他们认罪悔改接受耶稣基督的福音，做神的儿女。对于你自己所熟悉的、有负担的，在为他们祷告一段时间之后，去主动关怀他们，探访他们，对他们进行个人布道。
弟兄姐妹们，我们当牢记并践行主耶稣吩咐的大使命：
“所以你们要去，使万民作我的门徒，奉父子圣灵的名，给他们施洗。凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守，我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了。”（太28:19-20）
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”（Matt 28:19-20）
